Jason is 3 years old. Look at him he’s no longer a little guy. He’s getting so big & strong.

But seriously…… YOUR 3 FRICKIN YEARS into kicking major butt with CFCOA! Lost weight, got stronger, met some cool people, had some laughs, got a MUSCLE-UP, and best of all we got to see you blossom before our eyes.

We all are looking forward to the years to come.
