To match our amazing transition from our old space to the new, we at CFCOA are making efforts to improve upon our programming. Bad-ass members require bad-ass programming, and that’s exactly what we continually strive to provide. One fundamental shift is our focus on Quarterly Athletic Cycles, progressing us across Crossfit’s 10 General Physical Skills with greater depth in 3 month rotations. Mobility, Recovery, and Skill development is the emphasis this upcoming cycle, where Speed, Technique, Agility, and Body Weight movements will be in the forefront of our Workouts. Make sure to come the week of July 7-12 for CHECK-INs where we will be testing 5 physical abilities, giving us a picture of your current athletic level. Different components of the Check-In Tests will be conducted in all classes, so plan your workout week accordingly in order to accomplish all 5 tests. GOAT is available to make up any tests you miss during the week.
