How CrossFit WODs are more effective fat burners than long, low intensity cardio

This is such a great video from The CrossFit Journal showing scientific evidence of the fat-burning benefits of CrossFit. The video is a bit long, but pay special attention to what Dr. Holden MacRae, professor of Sports Medicine at Pepperdine University, has to say towards the end (starting around 7:47).
