Our Mission: is to create a welcoming atmosphere where diverse groups of people – regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or physical condition – join together to have fun while helping one another work towards a longer, healthier and more balanced life.
Experience: At Peak 5 we have been coaching people for over 20 years to help them improve their lives. Through our years of experience we have learned that if you want to be truly fit you must have a few key elements.
Knowledge: We know that fitness is more than how strong or how lean you are, and that your overall fitness should include more than exercise. If your goal is to improve your life then your workouts should be Fun, your target needs to be Longevity and the approach must be Holistic. Our holistic fitness is measured across 5 different domains: Breath, Nutrition, Movement, Recovery, Adventure.
