Team Challenge

Partners For time:
Run, 600 m
120 Wall Balls
120 Box Jumps
120 Wall Ball Passes
120 Burpees

* Run together.
* Wall ball pass = Partners face each other 8 feet apart, toss wall ball back and forth. Ball should stay within shoulder and abdominal.
* Break up wall balls, box jumps, and burpees as needed (120 total).
