Team Challange

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:
5 Push-ups
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
15 Air Squats
20 Row Calories

In teams of three, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
P1 Performs WOD
P2 Holds 2 kettlebells overhead while P1 WODs
P3 Rests, then will do WOD next
