Step #1: Schedule a No Sweat Intro
The first step in getting started is coming in for a Free “No Sweat” Intro. During this 30-minute session you’ll get a tour of our facility, learn more about who we are and what we do, have all your questions answered, and tell us all about your goals and work alongside us to find the best plan to achieve them.
Step #2: Attend a Fundamentals Course
This course will help you better understand the ins and outs of CrossFit, help with basic and complex barbell movements. We require this course to ensure the safety of all of our CrossFit athletes.
Step #3: Choose a Membership
We don’t do contracts at our gym, we think they’re stupid (really!). Instead we focus on results, so if for some reason you’re not getting the results you want – you are completely free to cancel at any time. (Isn’t that better than a contract?)
