Masters

Aging, getting older, getting wiser. We age, it’s a fact of life. But that doesn’t mean we should sit back in our chairs and watch it happen, hardly. We should be out there continuing to have Fun and enjoying the journey.

We strongly believe in Longevity. Longevity is kicking butt and having Fun physically as the years progress. Oh yeah, we should continue making progress as we age.

Our Masters program is designed for athletes that want to focus more on mechanics than on intensity. These classes will make you stronger, more mobile and ready to handle the activities you want to do, basically Masters improves your life.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Masters class, but the typical age is 50+ (half a century = Mastery :)
